Do I need to sign up for an account with BZMOMMY to place an order?

No, you do not need to sign up for an account with us first to place an order. Once you have checked out your cart, you will be automatically signed up with us and an email notification with your login details will be sent to you. You may login to track your orders and/or edit your details. If you do not login for future purchases but continue to use the same email address to place your orders, you will still be able to track your orders in your account when you login.

What is the currency of product prices?

All our products are priced in Singapore Dollars.

How long does payment verification take?

Payment verification is almost instant for Paypal and Credit Card payment. 

For internet banking (IB) & ATM transfers via POSB/DBS and OCBC, payment verification takes up to 2 working days after we receive your submission of the payment details. Therefore it is important for you to submit your payment details once you have transfer the amount to us.

For interbanking transfers (Eg: from UOB to our POSB account), funds will only be transferred to us within 2 - 3 working days. Thereafter, payment verification takes up to 4 working days after we receive your submission of the payment details. Therefore it is important for you to submit your payment details once you have transfer the amount to us.

Can I have multiple delivery addresses for one order?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send to different addresses, please place a separate order.

What if I did not submit my payment details after the stipulated timeframe?

If you do not make payment and submit your payment details within the stipulated timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system.

If your payment was made within the stipulated timeframe but you failed to submit your payment details within the stipulated timeframe, your order will automatically cancelled by the system. You can resubmit a new order with the same item purchases (same total amount).  We regret that we will not able to process any refund due to this situation.

What kinds of shipping options do you have?

We offer Normal Mail, Registered Mail and Self Collection for all local (Singapore) orders. For International shipping, we offer Registered Mail / Courier method, depending on the weight of the parcel.

What is Normal Mail?

Orders via normal mail shipping method will be delivered to your mailbox. Please bear in mind that BZMOMMY will not be accountable for any parcels lost or damaged during this shipping method. In addition, customers are not encourage to use this method for any urgent requests as we are not able to track the parcels.

What is Registered Mail?

Registered Mail will have a tracking number provided to you after we mail the parcel. By selecting the registered mail shipping method, you can have the peace of mind as you are able to track the whereabouts of your parcel.

What is Self Collection?

Currently, we offer Self Collection method at Orchard MRT Station on weekdays, at 12.15pm. We require 1 day advance notice for arrangement of self collection method. Once you have selected the Self Collection method, we will contact you after we have verified your payment.

I have not received my parcel sent via normal mail delivery, what should I do?

Singpost may take 1 - 14 working days to mail the parcel to you. As it was sent via normal mail, Singpost will not be able to track your parcel. You might want to lodge a lost parcel report with Singpost.
