Ordering & Delivery


1. Browsing items

Click on the product image or description when you see a product that you are interested in.  You will then be brought to the product information page. Mouse over the image and you can see an enlarged image of the product.

2. Adding items to Shopping Cart

Select the quantity desired and click on "Add to Cart".  In the “Shopping Cart” page, you can review and amend the quantity or remove items if required. If you have made any changes, please click on "Update Cart". To continue shopping, please click on "Continue Shopping". Click on "Check out" when you are ready for payment.

Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is/are only secured upon submission of payment.

3. Check out

To finalize your order, please fill up your information as prompted. Please double check on your delivery address and ensure that the details are correct.

If you have any discount code to use, please enter it under the "Enter Discount Code" and click the "Apply Discount".

Please click on "Calculate Shipping" to view & select the preferred shipping method.

Select your mode of payment.

You may fill up the Order Comments box if you have any queries or instructions for us.   

Click on "Review Order" once the above are done.

Please ensure you have selected the correct item with the correct options (colours, size etc)  before checking out. 

BZMOMMY will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong options are selected.

Note : Orders are shipped out according to the order numbers, no combination of orders or refund of shipment fee are allowed. 

4. Pre-Order

In the event your order has an instock item and a pre-order item, your orders will only be shipped out together when the pre-order items is instock.  Please manage your delivery expectation. If you want to receive the instock item first, please submit seperate orders for instock & pre-order items.




A) Bank Transfer / Paylah!

Paylah! is one of the preferred mode of payment in Singapore. We highly recommend using Paylah! as your payment option.

iBanking/ATM Transfer//Paylah! is available without a minimum total order value. Transfer instructions will be shown at the checkout page.

For all payment via this option, please notify us once payment is done. You'll receive an email notification with the link to the "Update Payment" page.  Please DO NOT email us your payment details as we may not see your emails in time. We will not be held liable for cancelled orders under such circumstances. 

Items are reserved 24 hours once you’ve placed an order. If we do not get any response after 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled by the system. In the event where orders are cancelled by the system but a payment has been made, no refunds will be granted. Customers are advised to resubmit the orders & payment details again.

For ATM transfers, you'll be required to upload a copy of your ATM snapshot (image size less than 1MB), with your email address and order number written on it using pen inkReceipts without these details will be strictly rejected. Please retain your receipt until your payment has been verified. No refunds will be made in the event the ATM snapshot cannot be produced.

Once payment is completed, you will receive an email notification to verify your purchase within 2 working days. Do check your spam/junk mailbox if you did not receive our email.

B) Paypal

We accept Visa, Master Card and other major credit card payment through Paypal in Singapore Dollar for orders above S$10. Enjoy a safe and secure shopping experience with Paypal.

NOTE: You do not need to be a Paypal member to use this payment method.

All credit/debit cardholders are subjected to validation check and authorization by the card issuer. BZMOMMY will not be held liable for delay or non-delivery of your order should we encounter payment authorization default by your card issuer. BZMOMMY reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. By confirming your order, you have ascertained that all information you had provided is accurate and valid.




Once we have verified your payment, Orders will be posted within 2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

Please make sure all shipping details are correct before submitting your orders.

Shipping & Handling fee is based on total order value. The fee may include the actual shipping fee and any miscellaneous cost (eg. nominal packaging fee)

i) Local Basic Package (Normal Mail)

Parcel tracking will not be available for this option and the parcel will be delivered to your mailbox. It takes 3-5 working days for Singpost to deliver the parcel. During festive seasons, do bear with us as Singpost may take slightly longer to process the parcels.  We regret that we are not liable for any missing parcel or damaged items for this shipping option. We can provide images & videos as proof for posting your orders, upon request.

 ii) Local Tracking Package/Mail

This is the recommended delivery method as tracking is possible for this option. Parcel will be tracked and delivered to your mailbox.

There is a weight limit of 2 KG for Singpost Tracked Package.  Order(s) which exceed(s) this weight limit will have to be sent via Smartpac (3 KG), Speedpost or other courier methods as deem fit by us.

Speedpost Tracking Number will be provided and can be tracked here.

Registered Article / Courier forms provided by Singpost/Speedpost/Courier will be kept by us for maximum 6 months from the date of posting. Please ensure that you receive your parcel within 1 month from the date we advise you on the tracking number.

For any re-delivery due to wrong shipment information provided, non-collection of package from Post Office due to whatever reasons etc, we will require a top up of the shipping fees for redelivering the returned package.

iii) Self-Collection (As at Apr 2020, we no longer provide this option)

We provide self-collection pick up point on weekdays at 12.30pm at Yishun MRT Station (Singapore). We will contact you once we received your confirmed orders (with verified payment) on the collection date.

All orders with Self-Collect option must be paid in full before collection.

B) International Order

If your delivery address is outside of Singapore, we will send via Registered Mail (Tracking number provided).

Local country tax and duties are excluded. You are to ensure that the items that you ordered meet your own country’s law & regulation.

We regret that we are not responsible in the event of non-delivery, postal/custom delays, breakage or loss.

Our Promise

All items will be checked & packaged with proper protection for fragile items.

For normal mail option, we will take photo of the package before posting. This proof of posting can be provided upon request.

Once we sent out your parcel, you'll receive an email notification stating that your item has been posted.



Exchange Terms & Conditions

We regret that we are not able to accept exchange for the following:

1) Over 14 days from shipping date

2) Items are open / used, washed or damaged due to misuse or mishandling (we checked all items to our best ability before sending)

3) Returning item(s) without prior contact

4) Minor Stains (guide: five cents coin diameter)

5) Minor thread frays, wrinkles on the product, cloth pattern flaws etc

6) Claims that the cutting is not good or up to expectations

7) Damaging the item deliberately (Eg, using sharp objects on Silicone products)

8) Items sent to a wrong address provided and not returned back to us by the Post Office

9) Wrong item(s) ordered

Exchange Procedures

1) For returns due to manufacturing fault or incorrect items sent due to our mistakes, please email us at sales@bzmommy.com with photos of the defect or incorrect items. 

2) We will require the items to be mailed back to us via mail (Tracking mail by Singpost is highly recommended). 

3) In such circumstance, if there is a replacement item available, it will be sent out upon receiving the returned items. However, if the item is no longer available, the customer will be allowed to make an exchange to another item, or a refund if the item is no longer to be restocked. 

4) All returned items must be in their original condition (not used), with the tag or packaging intact (should it come with it). Items which do not fulfill these criterias will be duly rejected. 

5) Measurements stated may vary 0.1 - 0.2 cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered as a defect and no exchanges will be agreed.

6) Colours shown may have slight variance on different screens as different technology devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. Requests for exchange/return due to such reasons will be rejected.
